RhythmSeekr ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") operates the RhythmSeekr mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Account Information: Email, name, university affiliation, sleep schedules, and preferences.
Usage Data: Tasks completed, goals tracked, daily plans generated, session times, and app interactions. This helps us improve the AI planning algorithm.
Device Information: Device type, OS version, app version, and crash reports (for stability).
Payment Data: In-app purchases made within the iOS application are processed securely by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect, process, or store payment card information. Apple handles all billing and payment transactions in accordance with its own privacy policy.
AI Interactions: AI prompts and responses are processed securely. We do not use personally identifiable information to train external AI models. AI processing is limited to providing requested services and improving functionality in an anonymized manner.

AI/LLM Providers: AI planning and insights are generated using anonymized context. No personally identifiable information is shared with AI providers for training purposes.
Analytics Providers: Anonymized crash reports and usage analytics to improve app stability and performance.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

RhythmSeekr is designed for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
