RhythmSeekr, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by RhythmSeekr, its licensors, or other providers of such material. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
5. Premium Features & Billing
Subscription Fees: Premium features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged based on your selected plan.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your app settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase through the app store you used.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
RhythmSeekr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RhythmSeekr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
RhythmSeekr integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, OpenAI for AI features). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the app or email.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without liability if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime through Settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use of RhythmSeekr constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
